Over the past 50 years, a concerning trend has emerged in industrialized nations: a significant decline in sperm concentration. Once averaging around 100 million sperm per mL of semen, this number has now halved. 

In light of this troubling development, a recent study from the University of Geneva has sought to unravel the potential links between mobile phone use and male infertility.

Between 2005 and 2018, researchers gathered data from over 2,800 men aged 18 to 22 from the Swiss population. These participants provided semen samples and filled out comprehensive questionnaires detailing their mobile phone usage patterns.
