A significant consideration for many women is their biological clock. This refers to the diminishing quantity and quality of eggs as one age.

Eventually, ovulation ceases—meaning the release of eggs from the ovaries for potential fertilization—typically occurring at menopause, commonly between the ages of 45 and 55. Age stands out as the paramount factor influencing the success of egg freezing.
